In this field, the consolidated experience of Prof. Vincenzo Sanasi d’Arpe, formerly Councillor of the Arbitration Chamber at the National Anti-Corruption Authority, as well as of Prof. Francesco Longobucco, Financial and Banking Arbitrator at the Board of Bologna on appointment by the Bank of Italy, is of particular importance.

In addition, in order to better meet the client’s need for a rapid resolution of disputes, alternative solutions to traditional arbitration are proposed, such as simplified (and rapid) arbitration procedures for low-value disputes and ADR (mediation and conciliation).
